Gym is my therapy

Health and fitness are not only about physical appearance or muscle, but it is also about being internally, mentally and emotionally fit that will largely influence your day to day life. In earlier days people like our grandparents have kept good care of their health and fitness through healthy food and by leading a better lifestyle.
I was very athletic when I was younger and throughout high school. All this changed about a year ago and I gained weight at an extremely fast rate, I came to the realization that my body was changing and I no longer had the fast metabolism I did when I was younger. Luckily I understood the importance of health and was determined to stay active.
I love the every progress of my Body
You can’t only have a muscle build but you can also meet other people and build a friendship.
